2021-22 முதல் 2024-25 வரை தமிழ்நாட்டின் முதலீடு ரூ.6.70 லட்சம் கோடியை நெருங்குகிறது.
One of India’s fastest growing states Tamil Nadu has attracted nearly Rs.6.70 lakh crore investment proposals between 2021-22 and 2024-25, completed the on-going projects of Rs.1,56,646 crore and revived the pending projects worth Rs.35,620 crore, according to the study conducted by the MSME Export Promotion Council (MSME EPC).
இந்தியாவின் வேகமாக வளர்ந்து வரும் மாநிலங்களில் ஒன்றான தமிழ்நாடு, 2021-22 மற்றும் 2024-25 க்கு இடையில் கிட்டத்தட்ட ரூ.6.70 லட்சம் கோடி முதலீட்டு திட்டங்களை ஈர்த்துள்ளது, ரூ.1,56,646 கோடி மதிப்பிலான தற்போதைய திட்டங்களை நிறைவு செய்துள்ளது மற்றும் ரூ.35,620 கோடி மதிப்பிலான நிலுவையில் உள்ள திட்டங்களை மீண்டும் உயிர்ப்பித்துள்ளது என்று MSME ஏற்றுமதி ஊக்குவிப்பு கவுன்சில் (MSME EPC) நடத்திய ஆய்வில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
Releasing the 2nd edition of the study on “Investment, Development & Growth in Progressive Tamil Nadu” 2021-22 to 2024-25, the MSME EPC chairman Dr D S Rawat said, ‘projects worth over Rs.28 Lakh crore are under various stages of implementation’. The data under reference are based on the information provided by the Centre for Monitoring of Indian Economy (CMIE) as on 15th August 2025.
“முற்போக்கு தமிழ்நாட்டில் முதலீடு, மேம்பாடு மற்றும் வளர்ச்சி” 2021-22 முதல் 2024-25 வரையிலான ஆய்வின் 2வது பதிப்பை வெளியிட்டு, MSME EPC தலைவர் டாக்டர் டி.எஸ். ராவத், ‘ரூ.28 லட்சம் கோடிக்கும் அதிகமான மதிப்புள்ள திட்டங்கள் செயல்படுத்தலின் பல்வேறு கட்டங்களில் உள்ளன’ என்றார். குறிப்புக்கு உட்பட்ட தரவு, ஆகஸ்ட் 15, 2025 நிலவரப்படி இந்திய பொருளாதார கண்காணிப்பு மையம் (CMIE) வழங்கிய தகவல்களை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டது.
Out of total investment proposals of Rs.6.70 lakh crore, the private sector contribution has been significant and has touched nearly Rs.5.20 lakh crore. The state is already hosting 130 global fortune 500 companies and has built robust resilient infrastructure with India’s 15 per cent of coastline.
மொத்த முதலீட்டு திட்டங்களான ரூ.6.70 லட்சம் கோடியில், தனியார் துறை பங்களிப்பு குறிப்பிடத்தக்கதாக உள்ளது மற்றும் கிட்டத்தட்ட ரூ.5.20 லட்சம் கோடியை எட்டியுள்ளது. இந்த மாநிலம் ஏற்கனவே 130 குளோபல் பார்ச்சூன் 500 நிறுவனங்களுக்கு தாயகமாக உள்ளது மற்றும் இந்தியாவின் 15 சதவீத கடற்கரையுடன் வலுவான நெகிழ்ச்சியான உள்கட்டமைப்பை உருவாக்கியுள்ளது.
According to the MSME EPC report, in FY 2021-22, TN attracted new investment proposals for Rs.1,58,412 cr, in 2022-23 Rs.2,17,521 cr, in 2023-24 of Rs.2,17,095 cr and, in 2024-25 of Rs.71,148 cr. The projects completed were in 21-22 of Rs.31,586 cr,22-23 of Rs.30,535 cr, in 2023-24 of Rs.57,993 cr and in 2024-25 of Rs.36,532 cr.
MSME EPC அறிக்கையின்படி, 2021-22 நிதியாண்டில், தமிழ்நாடு ரூ.1,58,412 கோடிக்கும், 2022-23ல் ரூ.2,17,521 கோடிக்கும், 2023-24ல் ரூ.2,17,095 கோடிக்கும், 2024-25ல் ரூ.71,148 கோடிக்கும் புதிய முதலீட்டு திட்டங்களை ஈர்த்தது. 21-22ல் ரூ.31,586 கோடிக்கும், 22-23ல் ரூ.30,535 கோடிக்கும், 2023-24ல் ரூ.57,993 கோடிக்கும், 2024-25ல் ரூ.36,532 கோடிக்கும் திட்டங்கள் நிறைவடைந்தன.
Chairman of the Council Dr. Rawat has suggested formation of a high powered committee to expedite implementation of the outstanding investment proposals to avoid the risk of cost escalation. Tamil Nadu is the most attractive state for FDI inflows with a cumulative FDI inflows of $13.84 billion since 2000 and is the largest contributor to India’s GDP.
செலவு அதிகரிக்கும் அபாயத்தைத் தவிர்க்க, நிலுவையில் உள்ள முதலீட்டுத் திட்டங்களை விரைவாகச் செயல்படுத்த உயர் அதிகாரம் கொண்ட குழுவை அமைக்க கவுன்சிலின் தலைவர் டாக்டர் ராவத் பரிந்துரைத்துள்ளார். 2000 ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் 13.84 பில்லியன் டாலர் ஒட்டுமொத்த அந்நிய நேரடி முதலீட்டு வரவுடன், தமிழ்நாடு அந்நிய நேரடி முதலீட்டிற்கு மிகவும் கவர்ச்சிகரமான மாநிலமாகும், மேலும் இந்தியாவின் மொத்த உள்நாட்டு உற்பத்தியில் மிகப்பெரிய பங்களிப்பை அளிக்கிறது.
Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises are the backbone of the state’s economy. This sector is growing faster in the state and generating job opportunities particularly in the rural areas. However, MSMEs frequently struggle to secure formal financing due to stringent collateral requirements and reluctance by banks. Reports have also emerged that the disaster hit – regions like floods etc. are facing severe capital shortages.
மாநிலத்தின் பொருளாதாரத்தின் முதுகெலும்பாக நுண், சிறு மற்றும் நடுத்தர நிறுவனங்கள் உள்ளன. இந்தத் துறை மாநிலத்தில் வேகமாக வளர்ந்து வருகிறது, குறிப்பாக கிராமப்புறங்களில் வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்குகிறது. இருப்பினும், கடுமையான பிணையத் தேவைகள் மற்றும் வங்கிகளின் தயக்கம் காரணமாக, MSMEகள் அடிக்கடி முறையான நிதியுதவியைப் பெறுவதில் சிரமப்படுகின்றன. வெள்ளம் போன்ற பேரிடர் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பகுதிகள் கடுமையான மூலதனப் பற்றாக்குறையை எதிர்கொள்வதாகவும் தகவல்கள் வெளியாகியுள்ளன.
The state is witnessing a significant contribution of the information & technology sector accounting for 15 percent of its GDP. The state government should extend more concrete policy incentives to startups and innovation. Investment is attracted in IT& ITes due to investor friendly policies that encourage the growth of IT sector including significant investments in data centers, IT infrastructure, startups and innovation.
மாநிலத்தின் மொத்த உள்நாட்டு உற்பத்தியில் 15 சதவீதமாக தகவல் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்பத் துறையின் குறிப்பிடத்தக்க பங்களிப்பை மாநிலம் கண்டு வருகிறது. தொடக்க நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் புதுமைகளுக்கு மாநில அரசு மேலும் உறுதியான கொள்கை ஊக்கத்தொகைகளை வழங்க வேண்டும். தரவு மையங்கள், தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப உள்கட்டமைப்பு, தொடக்க நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் புதுமைகளில் குறிப்பிடத்தக்க முதலீடுகள் உட்பட தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பத் துறையின் வளர்ச்சியை ஊக்குவிக்கும் முதலீட்டாளர் நட்பு கொள்கைகள் காரணமாக தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம் மற்றும் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பங்களில் முதலீடு ஈர்க்கப்படுகிறது.
