CHAIRMAN, MSME EPC
Dr. D. S. Rawat, Former Secretary General, Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India, began his career in the regional apex chamber the PHDCCI.
His sincerity, commitment, hard work and zeal towards his professional assignment soon made him one of the key persons of the institution which he served for two decades. In this assignment he was also deeply involved with policy matters and formulating perspective plans.Today, Mr. Rawat has been the Secretary General (CEO) and responsible and accountable for all the activities of the Chamber. He is nationally acclaimed for his irreplaceable contribution in providing leadership to the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) which helped the institution to position it as the country’s Knowledge Chamber.
Dr Rawat is known internationally for his acumenship in spearheading knowledge management for trade and industrial development of India at a time when economic growth of country is passing through challenging time.
CHAIRMAN, MSME EPC – MEGHALAYA

Shri Alexander Laloo Hek, popularly known as Shri A L Hek, a Member of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly and former Minister of Health and Family Welfare, has taken over (February 2022) as Chairman of the MSME Export Promotion Council – Meghalaya. Shri Hek is also Adviser to the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Conrad Sangma.
Shri Hek will guide the MSME EPC on nurturing the entrepreneurship of the local potential entrepreneurs, including of Students, facilitate credit facilities to the Micro, Small, medium enterprises, use of technology in businesses and connecting the MSMEs from the State to the buyers/sellers. The MSME EPC has already entered Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with the Buying Agents Association and knowledge firm BillMart Fintech Pvt Ltd.
